These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the RemindFocus mobile application ("App", "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using RemindFocus, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
• "App" or "Service" refers to the RemindFocus mobile application • "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the RemindFocus development team • "You", "User" refers to the individual using the App • "Device" means any device that can access the Service (smartphone, tablet)
We grant you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use RemindFocus for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may: • Install and use the App on your personal devices • Use all features of the App without restrictions • Export your data for personal backup purposes You may NOT: • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App • Remove or modify any copyright notices • Use the App for any illegal purposes • Attempt to extract the source code • Redistribute or resell the App
RemindFocus is completely free to use. There are no hidden costs, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. We reserve the right to: • Introduce optional paid features in the future (with clear notice) • Maintain the core functionality as free forever • Never lock existing features behind a paywall
You are responsible for: • Maintaining the security of your device • Backing up your data (all data is stored locally) • Any content you create within the App • Ensuring your use complies with local laws We are NOT responsible for: • Data loss due to device failure, loss, or damage • Unauthorized access to your device • Any damages resulting from your use of the App
RemindFocus is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that: • The App will be error-free or uninterrupted • Defects will be corrected • The App will meet your specific requirements • The App will be compatible with all devices or OS versions You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any: • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities • Device damage or malfunction • Any other damages arising from your use of the App Since the App is free, our total liability is limited to zero ($0).
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to: • Discontinue the App at any time without notice • Modify or remove features • Block access for users who violate these Terms Upon termination, all provisions that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect.
We may release updates to improve the App. Updates may: • Add new features • Fix bugs and improve performance • Modify existing functionality You are not required to install updates, but we recommend keeping the App updated for the best experience.
All rights, title, and interest in RemindFocus, including all intellectual property rights, remain with us. The RemindFocus name, logo, and design are our property. You may not use them without our explicit permission.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international laws applicable to software services. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiations. If resolution is not possible, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country of residence.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through: • In-app notifications • Updates on our website • Email (if you've provided one for support purposes) Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
